You may create Secret Storage in any file. The file itself will have the same properties as before (except for the size): it can be opened and copied without any restrictions. But if you will start BDV DataHider and provide correct password, you will be able to open Secret Storage in this file as usual folder and add or Extract files easily.
In the same way you can use BDV DataHider to create Secret Storage on NTFS disks. For example, you may create Secret Storage on a removable NTFS drive and hide plenty of folders and files in it. But no changes will be made in a disk structure, therefore it will be impossible to find or delete hidden data in a usual ways.
